This is a home semi automatic espresso machine with a milk frothing function.
Here are the steps for frothing milk.
Insert the steam hose diagonally into the milk and turn on the steam switch.
Slowly adjust the position of the steam nozzle a little above the surface of the milk, but not higher than the liquid level, so that the milk does not splash out. When positioned correctly, you will hear a smooth ‘hissing’ sound and the milk will begin to swirl.
Once the milk froth starts to be consistently dense, bury the steam pipe a little deeper and allow the steam to continue to warm the milk while swirling the milk to refine the froth.
